Forest Parks, that is important destination to many of Eco tourists, are of the most important tourism resources. Choghasabz forest park, that is located on the southeastern edge of Ilam city, as one of the suitable spaces, provides suitable natural conditions for leisure activities of the citizens. Quality management, maintenance and service play an important role in the conversion of forested parks to a favorable environment for attracting tourists. This study aimed to examine these parameters and test different physical dimensions, assurance, reliability, responsiveness and empathy by use of SERVQUAL method, in order to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction of Visitors. For this purpose, a questionnaire containing 29 questions based on the five dimensions of SERVQUAL methodology designed and in order to collect information, distributed randomly among 168 individuals selected from park visitors. For data analysis using spss, first by using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the normality of the variables was analyzed and the data were analyzed using Pearson's test. Using a binomial test confirmed that, in the five dimensions of SERVQUAL, the park doesn’t provide visitor’s satisfaction and the gap between expectations and actual conditions of the park, is significant, Which should be carefully reviewed and action planning parks, recreational areas, which can be helpful in increasing productivity Green Park Chogha.
